This seems to be a non-nerdy book giving details of National Cycle Network routes. Lots of great pictures - UK-wide coverage. Looks a bit like a Lonely Planet Guide. The routes seems to go most places and there are lots of interesting artworks, like the one on the cover, apparently a bicycle made of old flour-grinding stones. Good value and readable. You don't need to be a keen cyclist to appreciate this book. Amazing that the UK now has 5,000 miles of routes.
