Worthy and useful but flimsy for purpose.

I agree with the other reviewers who say that this would not stand up to a day in the rain but I use it to check out a walk before leaving as I like to ramble on the flat along cycle tracks. They feel safer when hiking on one's own. It is a fold-up map with one side showing the whole of South East Wales from Neath to Chepstow and as far north as Brecon. On the reverse are small maps of: Abergavenny, Chepstow, Caerphilly, Pontypool, Cwmbran, Pontypridd, Cardiff and Newport. These have the main street names marked and both have the routes clearly coloured green. Shops and other amenities are indicated as are rougher parts of the route. Yet it should be produced in a tougher form as mine is starting to tear at the joints after a few uses and this is a pity as the aims of Sustrans are so worthwhile.
