I don't normally buy workout books but I've used stuff out of here almost every day for the past 8 months before and during my starting martial arts again. There's an excellent mid body workout section and it doesn't ignore the mental side of training. Very positive, worth having.

This book using great illustrations tackles much more than the details of martial art training. All info. can be applied to virtually any activity making this book the perfect guide for a novice to an elite athlete. Tom Seabourne is an excellent author and hope to see more in the future.
