4.0 out of 5 stars A Good book for the Enthusiast, 30 July 2007

This review is from: Blue Book of Airguns (Paperback)
A good book for the enthusiast, one that gives a fairly comprehensive, though by no means complete selection of the various models of air arms. It is a little on the expensive side but is full of information about both rifles and pistols. There is also a price guide but in my own experience these can in the main be discounted. The price of a particular pistol or rifle is usually governed by how much a private individual is prepared to pay for it. This can differ enormously from what your local gunsmith is prepared to give you as a sale or part exchange.

This is the fifth edition of this book so it is pretty obvious that the author[s] have tried to keep the book looking modern, both in its content and the variety of weapons it describes. Even so the book is two years old and things are changing quickly in the airgun world, both pistols and rifles have come a long way in the last ten years. If you are a real enthusiast with plenty of money, and an interest in some of the less modern airguns this is the book for you.
