5.0 out of 5 stars Clear and concise
This is a clear and concise guide for practitioners and also offers critical and balanced viewpoints. The format is brief outlines, followed by clearly expanded explanations. There are other guides out there which are considerably more expensive, but provide little more information and practical information than you will find in this book.

3.0 out of 5 stars Am looking forward to reading it.
As yet I have not read the book but am looking forward to reading it as part of my university Counselling Course. I'm sure it will become a valuable part of my library.

5.0 out of 5 stars very helpful, an excellent book, 8 Dec 2009
This review is from: Anger Management: The Complete Treatment Guidebook for Practitioners (Practical Therapist) (Paperback)
Very helpful in the recognition and treatment of all types of anger behaviour. Especially helpful is the plan for practitioners and the use of outcomes to increase self responsibilty and motivation for change.

This manual benefits from a clear writing style. It condenses a lot of material into a usable digest for practitioners. I've read several books on the subject, many of them more expensive than this one, and found this to be the most practical
