I found the book muddled and poorly edited. Page after page of tiny black and white pictures and full of the author's sometimes irritating witticisms. It's like getting caught by the Antique Fair bore - you probably know the sort of person I mean who won't let you leave their stall without a full history of the pottery you glanced at so that every time you see him again you rush past without making eye contact.
Price guidance is given but not very easy to use
