Inspiration at your fingertips

This little book gives recipes for chicken breasts, chicken fillets and chicken thighs, but really you can use it for all chicken parts - I de-boned some drumsticks to use in a chicken thigh recipe. The book is sectioned up into three parts, one for chicken breasts, another for fillets and the third for thighs. There are many imaginative and very tempting full page recipes, beautifully illustrated, for each "cut" of chicken. Each section concludes with a double spread of quick ideas, giving the ingredients for many more dishes but no measurements, so you are free to vary quantities. This is definitely my favourite part and I have treated the family to some amazing new flavours from it. As the title says, the recipes are quick to follow, but they are also extremely simple and hugely successful.
When I want to cook chicken, I get out this book. Brilliant.
