5.0 out of 5 stars Bread Making Encyclopedia
This book is a must for all budding bread makers. It contains types of bread from all over the world and easy how to make instructions. Much better than I expected

Very well photographed with clear verbal and pictorial explanations. It illustrates many breads you have maybe never heard of and makes you feel as if you would like to get baking and that it's within your capabilities to succeed. I always use Elizabeth David 's classic book on bread, but will certainly expand my range with this very good addition to my library.
