This book and Stu's SEAL Workout is just about all you need. The real value to Adrian's guide is not the limited pages of exercises to do but the workout schedules he meticulously outlines for all levels at all stages of your training. It's a well thought out mix of running, weights, swimming and humping a 60-80 lb. pack through the mountains. This book should do it for you. It is also very compact and the schedules are easy to fotocopy and laminate on one page to take with you.
