I have been using 'Chinese Food Made Easy' and 'Chinese Food In Minutes' Ching's other two books and decided I should get China Modern. These three books make up a superb library of Chinese receipes containing more than enough easy to do dished to keep me going for a long long time.The results I get are impressing my wife, and boy does she take some impressing, much much better than takeaways and better than many restaurants I have used.

Maintains the no fuss super style of Ching at her best. Easy to follow inspirational recipes have given me the confidence to cook with a Wok and wow family and friends.

Ching explains the recipes clearly, and her style of cooking produces delicious and easy to prepare dishes. This book will be taken off the shelf and used for many years in my kitchen.
