The play is well-structured, full of historical references but not boring nor pompous. I would suggest to read it in combo with Gitta Sereny's book (the source of the play).

Albert Speer holds a mirror up to the reader, and the audience member. We face ourselves and our own demons, acknowledge our own darkness, and stand naked . . . Exposed by the light of truth, we are forced to look at our potential for evil and deal with it. Powerful. Real. Transcendent. I will never be the same. Neither will theatre.
