Being something of a novice cyclist, it is with some trepidation that I approach any book that claims to have a variety of routes for all levels. However, in this case all my fears were unfounded as Wake and Woodrow turn out to be excellent guides and the levels of route are well judged (although I was completely knackered by the time I'd finished - although I think this is my fault not theirs!). Anyhow, back to the point. The book is very well laid out and all of the routes are well described, so it is almost impossible to go wrong. If you're looking for an excuse to get back to the countryside then this book provides it. Exceptional.
