Not as good as I'd expected

Some nice recipes in here and I'm looking forward to trying some of them. But . .
I don't much like the layout; the instructions are written in paragraphs which contain multiple steps which need to be done in a certain sequence. I find this type of requirement much easier to follow if the steps are laid out one after another, rather than having to keep reading through to find your place and hope you don't miss anything along the way.
Also, some cooking ingredients are buried in the text, like in Crispy Chilli Beef where a fancy oil is listed as required to pre-coat the meat, but then the cooking instructions tell you to use an oil in the pan which is not specified - is it more of the fancy spiced oil, or just any old oil?
I would prefer this to be ring bound too, rather than having to break the back to keep it open.
Unlikely I'll buy another one of these of they're all like this.
