5.0 out of 5 stars Great book hope the movie is as good, 26 May 2009
This review is from: Terminator Salvation: The Official Movie Novelisation (Mass Market Paperback)
I read this book in several hours it was really easy and a enjoyable read. After seeing the trailers for the movie it was easy to picture what I was reading. The story is solid, the action is fluid and has purpose. People have mentioned that the movie doesn't have much character development and this frahcise has most of the character developement done in the previous installments. From reading the book it adds credability back the the series as a serious movie about an impending holocaust caused by the machines and Skynet and you really feel you are part of the resistance battling along. Yes I am a fan of the series and mythology and I really hope that the movie will be as great as the book. Recommend if you are Terminator fan if not don't bother as you wont get it without seeing the other movies.

Judgement Day has happen, now the war for survival has begun John Conner is leading a group of men and women against Skynet, but something is different and the future is not set. One of the things that is different is Marcus Wright, whose last memory was being excuted by the state. Who is Wright and what danger does he pose to John Conner? What is to be come of Kyle Reese, the boy who will be Conner's father?
The novelization book of "Terminator Salvation" by Alan Dean Foster is great! It a great read that will get any fan of the movies ready a great sneak peak of the story of the up coming movie.

The "Terminator" (BFI Modern Classics) Like the movie but a little more in depth, like most movie novels are, but also as a little more to the final.
