5.0 out of 5 stars An invaluable guide to everyday situations, 17 Dec 2009

Jarleth Regan (yes his real name, its an Irish thing) has come up with an excellent collection of cartoon gags that will make you laugh and cringe. Smart, funny and very witty this collection has one or two jokes that are not for kids or your elderly aunt (unless she is the one who told you rude jokes when your parents weren't listening) but is well worth a look if you like your humour funny, inciteful and occasionally hand over mouth wrong. The book is a collection of single frame cartoons illustrated excellently by Jarleth himself with his trademark mix of heart touching reminiscing combined with jaw dropping twists. It is also a hardback so it looks like you are classy if you have it on your shelf.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious Reading, coffee table book of the year, 17 Dec 2009

Just as we would expect from Jarlath Regan, another hilarious instalment in his line of comedy memorabilia. If you are a fan of his card collection you'll know that the worst part is having to part with them by sending them to your mates, now however you can relive every hilarious moment by enjoying the card again and again in this collection of some of his best to date. An ideal gift for every fan of Jarlath or comedy it is the must read of the year.
Serving suggestion- A glass of wine and this book and a warm fire for a great night in or a roll of lavatory paper and a quick trip to the bathroom. You decide, either way, it'll make your week, an excellent read.

I bought this for a Chris Kindle in work, cuz I don't know the guy and thought you can't go wrong with a funny book. I had such a laugh reading it before it sadly had to be wrapped, so I went back to the shop and bought two more! Enjoy.
