This book has a tempting front cover and inside you can discover the secrets of master chocolate makers. With wonderful photography and step by step instruction, this book takes you through techniques, presentation and making different kinds of chocolates such as dipped, truffles and moulded. Even a dairy free recipe is included. This is a chocolate lovers delight and totally addictive. Highly desirable and makes a great gift as a book or for making chocolates to give as gifts. Some lovely recipes, clear section on the theory of making choclates. This was a present for my wife - she's already made some really nice chocolates and hopefully there's more to come!
