Many will read this book as a stand alone and find it useful in reviewing their life journey to date and for thinking forward into the future. For those who enjoy a Celtic world view, a narrative progression, stories told on a journey, Kevin has prepared an entertaining and a practical tool. I read the book having completed a journey guided by "The Bardic Handbook". I found "The Way of Arwen" as enjoyable and effective as its prequel. They both work!

I can only compare this book with Kevin's book, The Bardic Handbook, which I have treated like a well loved Bible; I have about ten bookmarks in my copy! By comparison The Way of Awen suffers from a lack of illustrations which would have "leavened the mix" a little. But I am not "knocking" the book I think it is a fine scholarly work, easy enough to read in small doses and will be a great help to those interested in the ancient Celtic culture of Wales and one of its greatest mystical, inspirational characters Taliesin
