This is a short recipe book - 64 pages, half of which are photos.It covers breakfasts, sandwiches,soups, mains, sides and desserts. Most of the recipes you would expect to find are here - pancakes, ribs, waffles, burgers, chowder, crabcakes, meatloaf, mac and cheese, cheesecake and apple pie
It is written for Europeans rather than Americans as the measurments are given in grams rather than in cups.
Experienced cooks may be disappointed by this, but as a stocking filler at Xmas, for a novice cook, or for cooks who like pictures so they know what their efforts should look like, this could be for you.
