This book was suggested to me by colleagues and friends within the field of land agency/rural-practice surveying. It was marketed to me as one of the few textbooks that one should absorb prior to sitting the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' professional exams. The book has proved a real asset to date, and wants for nothing. It is a straightforward book to read and dip in to. I recommend it to students of agricultural law and rural land management. What's more, I am sure it's a book I will rely on on post-qualification, and for many years to come.
