(REAL NAME)
Not a book to read but a wonderful source of reference. All the characters, places and events from the myriad of different versions are bought together and explained in one place for what I think is the first time. The illustrations are superbly reproduced from a wide rangew of sources and styles from simple sketches to middle age versions and on to the paintings of the Pre Raphaelites.
Sumptuous and interresting for the collector and researcher.

Verified Purchase(What is this?)
An excellent book in A-Z encyclopaedic format, dealing with all aspect of Arthurian lore. You can find out about Blaise, Elaine of Astalot and Camelot with ease. Lavishly illustrated too, with examples of great Arthurian art through the ages.
