I bought this book for my reflexology course i am doing and found it very informative, with great pictures, easy to follow and a nice compact size to carry around. I am constantly going back to this book for information and using the techniques in it. It is a great read and buy and deserves a place on any practicing reflexologist's shelve.

An ideal book to pop in your therapy kit to refer back to. Some very basic info yet some extra stuff too that as a therapist is good to referto. It also has a great section on hand reflexology too.

If you want to learn about reflexology and are looking on the internet for a good book to start you off then you will find, as I did, that you become overwhelmed with the amount of choice and how do you know which book to buy? Well, after many trials and errors I am glad to say that this little book shines. Easy to read with excellent photographs and easy to follow explanations, this book is ideal for anyone who wishes to gain knowledge about Reflexology either as a foundation in preparation for a professional career or just has a general interest. It does leave questions to be answered - but thats called whetting the appetite!!

I find the Reflexology Bible colourful easy to use, details are clear and pictures very helpful indeed and the cost cheap. It worth getting.

A Gem of a book to have among others on the same topic in one's library - and for reference - for any reflexology practitioner

I bought this to team up with the reflexology socks i bought, This book is really clear and simple and easy to follow. It does take a few attempts to really get it right, but that the whole fun part of learning, and with pictures to guide you with the text, it makes learning all the more fun!

The only additional thing i wish this book had was points for the neck/back/head and shoulders, but otherwise lots of interesting and fun things that i'm experimenting on using the other half as my tool!!

This book is tiny but packed with information. Lots of pictures & guides, perfect for someone who would like more information on the subject or is interested in alternative therapies.

I already work in the foot health industry and want to expand my knowledge and skills by taking a CPD qualification in reflexology. Thia book is clearly illustrated with step by step instructions and has already helped me to use some of the skills in easing friends' and family's problems, by using the techniques described. Now I can't wait to take a course :-)
