4.0 out of 5 stars small print, 22 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: A-Z Glass (Miller's Pocket Fact Files) (Hardcover)
It looks like size 10 font and the key words are in dark pink. The dictionary still needs a bit revision. The entry for calmes ends with 'aka cames' but there is no entry for cames, which is more popular on the internet than calmes under certain circumstances ("stained glass" "lead calmes/cames" archaeology). Cocktail glass is defined as 'Stemmed glass with funnel shaped cuppa.' but it does not have the definition of cuppa, which is usually defined on the internet as a contraction of 'cup of'. There appears to be no entry for terms to describe bottle shapes. It also could show a lot more of the maker's marks so that they could be recognised in the field.
