I'm openly biased about value of this book as it was my first self help book and the first I was inspired to read cover to cover! I have found it so useful, I bought it twice! Anyone looking for a genuine insight into a vital aspect of learning (memory) needs this book. Perhaps your lacking a party trick this book will help you with that trick!

The book contains almost all the information you'd expect from it, it will definitely teach you good memory techniques if you put it into practice and invest a lot of time into learning it. Dominic is currently the best in my opinion as of 2014.

However, the text size is within the whole book is almost Not read-able, it's absolutely tiny!, and I mean tiny, I really struggled reading it even with my glasses on. so make sure your eyesight is above average before you decide to buy a copy. Another thing about it is that "every other page" has a box style container which has a yellow background and yet again the text size is not only small but it's almost not readable at all!, not only that, the yellow background and tiny black texts on it was hurting my eyes. I am assuming they did it this way to save money on the printing costs.

I gave it a 5 star for the content, however I am giving it 1 star for the text size and the overall size of the book.

I surprised myself how good my memory is on doing the exercises in this book. If you want to improve your memory stick with it and practice the exercises, I find the techniques very useful, especially in meetings when a lot can be said, presented and displayed.

Great tips, very concise. It's a good start but not definitive, there's a lot more to it than this and a lot more hard work needs to be done. I wouldn't suggest doing the exercises week by week but day by day is easy enough.

Couple of good techniques but takes hard work and time, not sure if the outcome is worth the effort but then again I didn't put in a huge amount of effort. I've actually forgotten where I put the book now... ironic

Bit heavy going in places but telling my daughter how the journey method worked my old mum who claims she can't remember anything was able to remember the full lush with ease

I'm looking forward to learning some tips from this book - but I'm yet to read. Quality is good and arrived in a reasonable time limit. Thank you
