This is an excellent book. Highly recommend. If everyone followed Dr McDougall’s advice there would be far less strain on the NHS!

This book is amazing the truth about a healthy lifestyle and this Dr has his patients best interests at heart a must if you wish to live and die healthy

Interesting healthy alternative to the usual western diet. Well researched. Could be the answer to some of your health issues. Definitely worth reading.

If you've ever tried to diet - and failed... READ THIS BOOK. If you're curious about vegetarian/vegan lifestyle and what it could do for your health READ THIS BOOK.... If you're on already on a plant based diet but feel you can't eat enough - RAED THIS BOOK... Ere are many many reasons to READ THIS BOOK.... It's written in plain English for all/any to understand., it's full of facts and figures to "backup" what it's stating., it's peppered with real-life examples / testimonials and has recipes at the back of the book to whet your appetite & get you started... (I've already ordered this for one friend as a gift and can think of at least one more person whom ought to read this!!) final thought READ THIS BOOK ;) no really., do...

This book requires reading carefully, before you can make a judgement about it. It has not been marketed in a way that attracts those who are looking for some sort of quick fix or magic pill - of which there are many people and many books on offer.

This book I think has intentionally been marketed in this way so as to attract a certain intelligence of reader who will not cast judgement until they understand firstly the science and biology, but also the big picture at play.

The authors credentials show that he has not written this for financial gain nor personal exposure, but for a sense of helping others understand their own mechanisms of survival through correct dietary choices.

It is written purely as informational without any, how can I say, advice - which makes it far more palatable than so many others in this field which really are nothing more than just noise with little substance.

I would recommend buying this but only if you have the intention of fully learning and furthering your research into nutrition, otherwise it will be hard to understand.
