Let down by school children historical error
on 12 March 2014
Another poster noted that he takes a while to get to the point and somewhat darts all over the place. It's a good read and he makes a lot of good biblical points. This is more of a reminder of the end times biblical teaching and the number of chapters dedicated to the Four Blood Moons is quite small in comparison.
The reason for three stars is his lazy attitude to history, which could easily cause any 'serious' or even amateur student of history to discredit his credentials and ignore the book. In particular, I refer to his quite inept recounting of the bombing of King David's Hotel in 1946. So obsessed is he with the rightness of Israel's cause that he couldn't even bothered to check the facts. He quotes 'hundreds of British soldiers needlessly perished' when in fact 91 were killed of whom 13 were soldiers and the rest were admin staff including a number of Jews.
He knows his bible, has a passion for end times and the Jewish people which is great. But he is a very poor historian and readers should check their facts to ensure fictional propaganda does not take away from biblical and prophetic truths.
