The writing is engaging and encouraging however there are numerous type'o's which I was surprised wasn't picked up by the publisher including one exercise which apparently requires resting your foot on your fore arm whilst keeping your body completely straight. Also certain exercises had no explanation whatsoever forcing me to google them which I would not expect having paid for this full workout programme. If not for these errors I would have marked the book much higher as overall it is easy to follow and displays excellent knowledge which will definitely improve core strength if followed properly. Be warned however it will require the purchasing of a medicine ball, exercise ball and resistance bands which I only discovered after purchase of the book.

i loved this book its good for begginers and is easy to follow.
even though i keep having to restart the program because of my own lazyness lol

If you want a strong midsection this is the book for never boring.
