After the other good reviews I found this very disapointing. Looks more like a small thin spiral bound notebook. Fewer pages than expected. American terminology and spelling. Most of the information is usually included in the first few pages of any good book on quilting.
And when explaining, for example, how to press seams, cut triangles etc. the writer shows only one method - her method. Which may not be the best method.
The chapter on using different material selects very few materials. What about viscose, velvet. satin?
Very expensive for what it is. Not worth the money.
Buy a proper quilting book instead! E.g. "The Quilter's Bible" to name but one. They cost about the same as this one but are a world apart in the quality of information.
