I bought this book because I was totally happy with the "Big Men's Health Book" of my partner. As I thought that if the men's book is already so great I will get the book for women as well...as I am a woman and would have liked to see exercises which could be suitable especially for women.

As I have read the Men's Health Book very intensively I immediately...

The book seems to be good, but the Kindle formatting is very poor. The text doesn't follow the pictures or the boxes as it should. I have other yoga books that have as many images and photos, which are much better formatted for Kindle.

I bought this book because I was totally happy with the "Big Men's Health Book" of my partner. As I thought that if the men's book is already so great I will get the book for women as well...as I am a woman and would have liked to see exercises which could be suitable especially for women.

As I have read the Men's Health Book very intensively I immediately noticed that actually every single word and exercise is identical with the words and exercises in the "Men's Health Book". The only difference is that the exercises are shown by women instead of men in this book.

I do recommend those books...very much I must say but I would say that you should only get either the women's OR the men's version of it.

All in all both of those books are fantastic and I LOVE them BUT they are identical and I would recommend to not have both of them.

Clear, concise, no nonsense advice from experts, excellent photography, this book is a must have for all women out there who want to be the best they can, whether just starting out or seasoned pros. Workouts are tailored for all levels, including workouts for those short on time. Sound nutritional advice, a really really good book, everything I expected and more.

My husband bought this book for me and he bought the Men's version, however, the only difference is that there is a women on front cover of this & all pictures show a woman and not a man! Both books are identical, so only buy one. That said, this is an excellent book and it is very well detailed and easy to use. I have been going to the gym for a good few years & have various books, however, this is by far the best & my favourite. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced "gym rat" you will always find new excercises at different levels in this book.

best ever exercise book i have bought. Clearly set out into sections for each body part, then a good selection of set out programmes to follow at the back. No more need for expensive personal trainers as you really can't go wrong with this book

I bought this book to supplement my gym routine (the days when I couldn't make to the gym) and I certainly wasn't disappointed. This is a very comprehensive exercise book divided into sections for each part of the body. I can't imagine anything more complete. Each exercise has step by step photographs on how to do the exercise correctly - the photography is in colour and presented well. At the back of the book is a host of workouts to do together with information about diets. Although most of the exercises are wall out of my range, what it gives me are the ideas to keep my gym workout out fresh and interesting. If you are serious about exercise then this could be the book for you. Compared to other exercise books I looked at, this is excellent value for money.

Got this for my GF, but found that I was learning from it as well! It is one of the clearest and well layed out fitness books I have seen so far. Precise photo's and guides help you to follow the excercises, with dietary information included.

I had seen The Big Book of Exercises for Men and hoped there was a womens version and there was! It is the most comprehensive book of excercises you will ever find. Tons of pictures to demonstrate all the moves, lots of diet advice & suggested workout routines. Because of all the pictures this book is very visual, something which a lot of other books have missing. This book is a must if you are a beginner or advanced. I would recommend this book to anyone!
