This review is from: Star Trek: The Next Generation - Intelligence Gathering (Star Trek Next Generation (Unnumbered)) (Paperback)
This five-issue Star Trek - The Next Generation mini series is collected as Star Trek: The Next Generation - Intelligence Gathering (Star Trek Next Generation (Unnumbered)). This is a set of mainly stand-alone but interlinked adventures, which build up to a resolution in the finale. Each of the stories features an away team with a sub-set of the main characters, though most, if not all of the main characters do appear in the course of the story. There is usually a niggling mystery regarding the motivation behind the triggering event of each story, the links between which are finally revealed in the final episode.

This is an entertaining serial, with excellent artwork, scripting and characterisation of the, err, characters. Even if you are not a Star Trek fan, you should find this an entertaining adventure.
