I am a Delingpole fan but was disappointed by this effort. A poorly printed edition, crass and simplistic humour and a general lack of readability.

If you want a Delingpole classic and a d----d good read, I suggest you try How to be Right.

This is a bedside table type of book. Quite a few interesting observations, comments and arguments against the "liberals" in the USA understanding of the word. Not a systematic treatment of liberalism and its minuses.

A polemic without any intellectual basis. Plays upon supposedly 'liberal' stereotypes which aren't opinions of liberals and opinions which are also held firmly by conservatives alike.

A childish book which would only appeal to the extreme right-wing, who don't require any intellect to back up their opinions.

Don't waste your money.

I came quite late to this marvellous book! But what tonic it is. The American usage of 'liberal' to refer to malevolent control-freaks intent on destroying civilisation is a little irritating, but I think it is spreading quite widely now within the UK. A pity - the old meaning conveyed a gentle, thoughtful, open-mindedness.

Anyway, back to this book. Once I have finished chuckling my way through it, I'm thinking it will get pride of place by the loo, where I can at my leisure tick off each of the 365 ways as and when I have used them. I rather think it will be easier than, say, ticking off all the Munros, and will have the added benefit of generating some feedback to encourage completion of the list.

Supreme antidote to depression. Complete relaxation. Utter euphoria. Better than making love, eating marmite, or drinking a pint of vodka neat in one shot in the company of a beautiful Russian spy.

This book is a lifesaver. It should be required reading for all First Aid courses. Buy it or you'll live to regret it until the day you die. Nobody else on the planet writes like Delingpole. Nobody else thinks like him. Researches like him. Digs up earth shattering revelations like him.

Genius. Need I say more? No. Click buy now. Go on. Buy it.

This book is a must for all Delingpole fans. It contains some of the best recipes from his series "So You Wanna Cook Like Obama?", in his sadly short-lived Channel 4 TV career. It's their loss. Don't listen to the haters, this is the kind of book that in 20 years will be considered a classic - get in now while it's cheap and remaindered.
