4.0 out of 5 stars Fun and Tasty
This was on my birthday wish list and arrived in good time for the big day! It is not the most gastronomic of cookbooks but it is a great fun book that will provide plenty of fodder for future parties.

3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of books badly damaged
This book actually arrived in quite a good condition which is a bonus as half the books I have been receiving from amazon are quite badly damaged. I have reported the poor packing but seems to keep happening.

This was on my birthday wish list and arrived in good time for the big day! It is not the most gastronomic of cookbooks but it is a great fun book that will provide plenty of fodder for future parties.

Split into savoury and sweet recipes, there is plenty of choices - some familiar (like chicken satay) and some more innovative (like deep fried ravioli) - the one linking theme is that all the foods are served on a stick!

The production values of the book are high - an unusual landscape orientation, lots of well-composed photographs and clear easy-to-follow text. Whilst the book is American in origin, there are few worries with regards to the availability of the ingredients and the measurements shouldn't cause people problems.

This is very much a book for people who like to party - and your guests will be impressed if you serve them a selection from this collection.
