For those who think communication audits are forms you send out to staff with "Are you happy with our values?", prepare to think again. This book is a thorough and very practical guide to setting up and managing the processes of communications assessment, from the clarification of initial project objectives, through to the creation, management and assessment of different types of interviews, focus group work and staff audits. The audits section is particularly comprehensive - I find it invaluable in benchmarking my own work for companies in the UK.
