This is a great book which is full of valuable infomation, in a accessible format. There are not many books about this subject and it really demystifies yoga and explains how it can affect MInd and Body. Bo Forbes has so much experience and this comes across in the book, the knowledge and some "scientific" background. Thank you Bo!

Truly and without any exageration this book is more than helpful. I bought this book cause I was curious about the therapeutics aspects of yoga. This books is a source of knowledge. It gives you in a simple way and with examples an insight perspective of what is going on in your brain and in your body and how anxiety and depression affect you. The inhale-exhale exercises and the poses seem simple but are really important. The change is continuous; be patient and you will explore your in-self. I would definetely recommend this book to everyone cause is very helpful,

Although this book took about a month to arrive, it was in perfect condition and is very good. Was a nice surprise when it arrived as it took so long I had forgotten that I ordered it! So expect to wait a while for it to arrive - but it's worth it!
