I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend and am very pleased I did.

NLP is introduced in a no nonsense practical way which makes it easy to connect the theory with application.

Each of the chapters are nicely summarised, for handy revision when you have read the book.

It has inspired me to make several positive changes within the team I manage.
