I was very disapointed in this book, the recipes, though very varied were difficult to use, and the various forms of cereals difficult to obtain in this country and if you could get them, tended to be very expensive as they are obtainable only in certain selective health food shops. In the financial climate we are in at the moment, I found most of the recipes were too expensive to use as well as being very time consuming to make. (So I gave it to a rich friend!)
So sadly I am unable to really recommend this book at all.
