Excellent book, well written description of how to approach the broader problem of writing a design brief and more importantly it's actual purpose.
A good resource for working out how to convince the rest of the company that the design department is more than just the prettifying service.

clear to understand and relativly easy to relate to.
helps you to realise for a good brief and pitch the 1 or 2 sided page brief is not always the best way to go... details matter in these things. This book helps you understand how to construct a clear brief which has details for various projects.
the writer relates to his past industry experience (printing/ graphic) and also refers to other industries.
a good buy, simple to understand/ relativly quick read.
