Mukunda's book is an expression of deep devotion and love, his desire to share the depth of his years of experience and his connection to Devi is a great gift to us.

This book honours the deepest intention of Yoga,"to yoke,to unite, become one", by practicing the ancient wisdom and techniques of Tantra.

Mukunda teaches us practical methods for us to reconnect with the Divine Mother within us, and embrace every aspect of our lives as an oppotunity to recognise her in all form, things and people. Ultimately through the practice of samyama, concentration on Shakti, (energy, the tattvas), the the unity of the Self is revealed "It is only by the Mother that the Father can be known"MS.

I cannot recommend Mukunda's books highly enough, whether your samyama(focus) is "Structural Yoga therapy" and kinesiology, "Patanjali's Yoga Sutra's", "Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy" or "Tantra Yoga Secrets" each book has been written from a deep foundation of personal spiritual experience and with the sensitivity, understanding and compassion for the human condition, which is only possible from one who has trodden the path and is able to guide us through our pain (physical, emotional and /or spiritual) to a more harmonious (sattvic) relationship with our s/Self. Thankyou Mukunda

Mukunda Stiles was a truly enlightening teacher and this is the course in Tantra yoga that you could study with him by distance learning. Many questions are answered in each section about dificulties which arise with eac practice.

I haven't finished this book yet. So much to absorb - so much to learn - the time is not quite right - soon!!!
