I've tried out three DBT self-help books, and this one is by far the best. It's well laid out, easy to understand and very user-friendly. It teaches you mindfulness techniques as well as skills for getting through a crisis, improving mood, and getting your needs met in relationships. I've found these particularly useful for coping with stress.

It was recommended to me by a psychologist as easy to read, and THE most helpful workbook to increase self awareness, the reasons for BPD and exercises to help you manage the many many emotions that people suffer. If you or someone you know is suffering from this illness, this book is definitely the place to start working on a happier life! There definitely is hope for a brighter future, I now know that myself with the help of this amazing book.
