Excellent book for beginners and experts

I can honestly say that over the past 27 years of being a vegetarian, I've never come across another tofu cookery book as good as this one...and buying books is my hobby... :)
I bought this book when it first came out...and I'm in need of a new one now, as mine is slightly worse for wear!
The recipes are delicious and simple to follow, with colour photos to show you what the final product should look like.
For years now I've been making the Tofu Loaf (SO EASY to make...delicious both hot & cold....) & Chili con Tofu (you want to shock a non-veggie believer? Give him this..) for meat eaters and every time they're amazed that it's made with 'that tasteless white curdy stuff' ! :)
There is something for everyone in this book: simple recipes for quick snacks or lunches or kids, more elaborate ones for dinner or dining with friends and even desserts, cakes, shakes, ice-cream, biscuits, you name it, you can find it in here.
This book brings tofu to the table in ways you can't imagine.
More people would eat tofu if they had this book!
