Meditation has a noble tradition separate from the superstitions that damage and divide the peoples of this earth, but by page twenty there's god, sneaking in like Rupert Murdoch into the backyard of a supine prime minister. This book has good and useful things in it but, considering the author's length of experience, it could have been better organised and less repetitive.
