Good basic core book, as a Level 3 advanced Personal trainer this book is great at reminding you of all the different exercises you an perform on a ball, good photos limited text. Not bad, worth a tenner.

This book is brilliant as it gives clear instruction and photos of each exercise and shows how to progress to make it more challenging. It also guides you in planning your own workout.
