Composite Charts: The Astrology of Relationships

Although there have been quite a few books on synastry where two astrological charts are compared with each other there has been very little on composite charts. To the non-astrologers this is where you take the mid point between the two respective planets in the couples charts. For instance if one chart had say Sun in 15 degrees of Aries and the other had the Sun at 15 degrees of Gemini then the mid point or composite position would be 15 degrees Taurus.

Although not replacing synastry, it is a useful addition as it often shows how the couple's relationship is perceived to the outside world. As well as love relationships the book has some enjoyable mundane relationships to look at such as the USA with Iraq with Pluto conjunct Neptune in the 2nd house opposing Venus just for starts to show the volatile nature of the relationship with its secret agendas.

For any astrologer that deals with couples, this is a worthy addition to their library.
