5.0 out of 5 stars A wonderful, practical, compassionate, life changing book.
The Sixth Sense is a special piece of work that has added value and meaning to my life. If it does half as much for you, you've found something special. If you have read many self-help books and personal development books (even the good ones that focus on priciple centered living and character development, rather than ego fuelling techniques and quick fixes), yet feel...

I find Stuart really lacks in originality, everything he preaches has already been said by far more sincere people, his writings lack love and compassion, he dwells far too much on the negative and freaky. Ugly.

The Sixth Sense is a special piece of work that has added value and meaning to my life. If it does half as much for you, you've found something special. If you have read many self-help books and personal development books (even the good ones that focus on priciple centered living and character development, rather than ego fuelling techniques and quick fixes), yet feel there is "something" missing from the picture, then "The Sixth Sense" is for you. The "missing link" may well be in your spiritual development, as it was in my case, having turned from a determined aetheist to a spiritual believer. To get a grounding I would strongly recommend Stuart's earlier books first, the infamous "TAOS QUINTET"; five books the first one being; "Affirmations". Stuart's friendly, humourous, compassionate, sensitive and practical approach is totally engaging. If the subject of Spirituality is new to you as it was to me, you will find this stuff challenges your core beliefs derived from childhood and mainstream society, but let it. An open-mind that reads this work will be touched and expanded in a most positive way. What have you got to lose? Don't miss out.

5.0 out of 5 stars The next step + easy and a pleasure to read., 29 Aug 2001

If life seems to be passing you by, I highly recommend this. I was surprised at how easy and enjoyable this book was to read. The content is so substantial and I would expect such material to be too difficult to take in normally. But the author makes newer, unfamiliar concepts comfortable, and he is so funny with it. I've read most of SW's other books and seen him give talks and didn't think there was much more for him to say. So I am so surprised that this book had so much new information and ideas and is my new favourite.

5.0 out of 5 stars A more indepth book on our wonderful "Sixth Sense", 22 July 2003
This review is from: Sixth Sense: Including the Secrets of the Etheric Subtle Body (Paperback)
This was the first ever book of Wilde's that I have read and I must say he now has me hooked! I have read many books on the subject but he has the ability to write in such an amusing and down to earth way.He mentions other worldly beings and Gray's (Alien's)and experiences on meeting with them...
He gives his own experiences and exercises on opening up the Chakra's and many spiritual exercises to try out, examples of those that he has found worked and failed...I have never read a book on sixth sense like this and will definately read his others!
