5.0 out of 5 stars Flippant, energy-shifting, life-changing book
The "Wilde man" does it again, with another in-your-face, flippant book that tosses dogma to one side and makes you see how simple life's rules really are. He's outrageous, and probably intends to be, just to get you to step out of traditional drone-like ("tick tock") thinking and create your own life and realities. Something to offend everyone in...

3.0 out of 5 stars Great information about Money. but the stuff about the economy is heavily outdated, 9 Aug. 2013

I gave this book a 3 star as the information that stuart gives about the metaphysics of money is very good and he also gives you practical exercises for you to do so that will challenge your beliefs about money as it is your mind and negative thoughts about money that limit the amount of money flowing into your life. as stuart states that money is only energy and it is just a matter of flow and where that flows is up to you.

the first few chapters are pretty much all you need really as those are the ones where he goes into detail about the metaphysics of money and how to change your mindset about money. that information which he gives is very good and has changed they way i think about money. also he writing style is very informative and also comical and easy to read and he breaks down each chapter with as "dollar Dance concept of life" which is quotes made by him to summarize the chapter which is a good addition.

but the other side to the book is where he goes into aspects about business and how to go about starting on your business venture to make money and to be honest with you there are better books for the information about business and economics. as he talks about common sense things that if you already know about such things will just be a way of refreshing your brain so to speak. he states that your business idea should be original and you should have a good business plan which is basically common sense.

also you have to take in mind that the book was updated in 1997 (as stated in the book) so the information about the economy is heavily outdated by almost 20 years so most of the things he is saying about investments and real estate is irrelevant now. the book may aswell be 100 years old when you think about how rapidly the economy can change. and information he covers about business is allocated to about 3 or chapters which are basically just a waste dues to how old the information is. and the last chapter is basically about him giving you tips which again are not relevant due to the book age so another waste.

i would have given this book a higher rating if it was shorter and just had information about the metaphysics of money but because the books goes into aspects about the economy and business and the information given about those topics are so heavily outdated i had to bring the rating down.

in conclusion if you are looking for a book that will teach you the ins and outs of business and the economy then you will have to go elsewhere. but if you are someone that just wants a little bit extra money in their pocket and a fresh out look on money as a whole then this book will do you justice. the best advice would be to try and get this book as cheap as possible if not you will be paying full price for 30% of information that is outdated or common sense.

The "Wilde man" does it again, with another in-your-face, flippant book that tosses dogma to one side and makes you see how simple life's rules really are. He's outrageous, and probably intends to be, just to get you to step out of traditional drone-like ("tick tock") thinking and create your own life and realities. Something to offend everyone in this book (as usual), and something to break through the daily snooze and fracture your (unhealthy) complacency.
If you are NOT willing to make uncomfortable (at first) changes, don't read Wilde. If you are willing to consider the outrageous, his books are a bargain too good to miss. His wit alone makes each of his books worthwhile. This one reveals the money game to be largely an internal quest for self-acceptance, and vitality, and points out that energy is what's valuable in today's society.

This book is a solid explanation of why money is not, in and of itself, important. However, it discloses why without money life is filled with misery and mediocrity. There are some high-level strategies for how to get what you need. I only bought this on the solid recommendation of a friend, and I have not been disappointed.

... and it was a huge inspiration.
As I am re-reading it now, I am earning more money than I had ever dared hope for, and it is still a big inspiration.
This book is spot on about how the universe works.
It is not about how money are the most important thing in the world. Fortunately. It is about beeing set free from having to worry about them all the time. Get this book.

Dispite some (a very small amount) negative press, I think Stuart was a good guy. His books are enjoyable, easy to read, and make lots of sense. Long live Stuart Wilde!

I had read the book probably twenty years ago and found it provided a few tips and hints about feeling less guilty about money. Couldn't find the original so ordered another copy. It's still got it!
Delivered on time. Thank you

1.0 out of 5 stars Wasted time and money, 2 Dec. 2009

The book is the classical self-help book that claims to teach you how to get wealthy beyond reason easily and quickly.
It starts well but after a few chapter is always the same thing: you must become an entrepreneur, have an unique idea and be ready to jump in the corporation-ocean with the sharks.

Love this book. It was recommended by a business contact of mine and I know why. Stuart Wilde's style and approach is great and he is very educated in his theories so can talk about what he believes in great depth.

I really enjoyed the book and I have read it twice more since purchasing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really Good Book, 20 Jan. 2015
This review is from: The Trick To Money Is Having Some (Paperback)
Although this is an older book, it's a really good book that will open new doors for the reader and expand his/her awareness in the ability to manifest money from any number of channels. It's witty, clever and very enlightening. I have read it twice and enjoyed it quite a bit.
