Blissful Banana Smoothie!!

Some friends of mine have been doing this new juice craze which seemed to have swept over the nation as the most recent healthy thing to do. I’ve done a lot of research about it and wanted to give it a go but didn’t know where to start with recipes. I wanted something which didn’t taste like a diet. I found this book and thought I’d give it a go, I’ve tried a bunch of different recipes now and my favourite by far is the Blissful Banana Smoothie. Blueberries, Banana, Almond Milk and Chia seeds follow the recipe and you will be in love with this delicious drink. So far I’ve lost 10lbs and I’m going to keep going. I’ve found by having a Smoothie in the morning I’m not as hungry when it comes to lunch and it’s also helping me inject a healthy dose of fruit into my diet which was lacking before. Defiantly check this book out if you haven’t already
