I must admit when I first read this simple method, I was extremely doubtful. Having had difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep for years, I thought that I had tried everything. I have given this book four stars as I cannot vouch that it would work for everyone, but having tried it for several nights now, much to my amazement it works, at least for me! Certainly it is simple, easy to do, gives you something to focus on and does not involve sleeping pills or magic potions! It is a small price to pay for something which might well work for you.

I really like this idea of using the kaleidoscope method to fall asleep. When I first picked up this book I didn't expect to read anything new but I was unexpectedly pleased to find that this is a new way of looking at the problem of lack of sleep.
I have fibromyalgia so periodically I just do not sleep, this book has helped me tremendously and it is such a pleasant process.
What have you got to lose this book makes the long torturous nights fly by in blissful sleep. I was especially impressed that it worked after you have woken up close to your get up time.

Having read some 1 and 2 star reviews I have the following comments for anyone who is unsure about buying this book:

* The method described is not new. I won't give the game away but, if you knew exactly what you were looking for you, you could find this information for free using Google or Bing. But that's true of most factual books. Buying this book gets you the information far faster than trawling through loads of websites.
* Yes she could have written the whole thing in just a page or two. It is a little repetitive. But she does get there. If the listing said "Print Length: 1 page", would anyone take it seriously?

Considering the very low Kindle price, what have you got to lose? If it helps cure your sleeping problems wouldn't you happily pay 100 times as much? If it doesn't you've wasted 15 minutes reading time and the price of a coffee.

Only bought this as it was cheap on my Kindel. Trouble is I cant see anything when I close my eyes
but I keep trying this method. Hints for sleeping are good though. Glad I ,ve got it to refer to (at least I have something to read when I cant sleep)

After being awake again at 2 something this morning, saw and bought this via Kindle. Read it, that took ten mins, then did it, next thing the alarm was going of! First time lucky maybe, but easy enough to do every night if needed. Give it a go.

This book contains 5 simple steps to help anyone who is having difficulty getting to sleep, which isn't caused by an underlying medical condition.

The steps are easy to follow and make use of natural resources within each of us. No need to spend fortunes on weird and wonderful gadgets or pills to get a good nights sleep, just read this book and you will be shown how to use what you already have inside to initiate some good old shut eye.

This book seems a good idea at first but the concept it pretty simple... You begin to read and it keeps repeating itself over and over and over again until finally it reveals what it's going on about then you think to yourself I wasted all that valuable minutes reading nonsense when it could have been a page worth of informative ideas. The idea itself may be a personal solution so in no way expect it to work for you.

I really enjoyed this book but I hate the way Amazon reduces its UK taxes. There is wonderful writing here but we all need to shout loud until Amazon pays its fair share. I really enjoyed this author's earlier books and if you did, why don't you log in and leave 10 more reviews like this today. Tell Amazon to sign that cheque or forever lose my respect and the respect, no doubt, of this very fine author."

This method really works. I was very dubious when I read the book, surely it can't be that easy, but it is! Had trouble sleeping over the past few years and I dreaded going to bed. Fell asleep easily enough but would wake an hour or so later and lie awake for hours. This method has changed all that and I can now get back to sleep very quickly. Wonderful. Thank you Elli Yeates!
