This would be a great item for those who are new to Quinoa, but for someone like myself who knows her way around it I wouldn't recommend.
I found the recipes thorough and well described but they lacked creativity and almost all could be found on-line for free!!
Although wouldn't discourage anyone from buy this, it arrived promptly and to the right buyer could be very helpful in the discovery of cooking with this wonderful pseudocereal!

I had seen a recent BBC Countryfile broadcast, a young student farmer is growing a crop of Quinoa.
He demonstrated the use of quinoa flour, and I wished to try gluten free recipes.
Unfortunately, my first attempt led to extreme "intestinal rush" !
Plum crumble, probably the plums and the added quinoa grains.
Too much for my digestive system.
I have recently invested in Hugh Fearneley Whittingstall's recent publication, I hope to find inspiration there!
