I started this book thinking 'great, this is really on my level' Josie was a comfort eater who struggled to keep weight off it is very motivating and she assures you thrre will be no hunger.
There is much berating of carbs/sugar/lactose and how these should be eliminated as much as possible but that you can have one day off a week and eat whatever you like, although sometimes you might not want the day off. The actual diet is completely unrealistic and involves tons of expensive fish, veg, coconut flour, agave etc. Not things that will fit in with my family diet but good luck to anyone who can do it! One piece of fruit a day and a small sweet potato every other day-other than that it's fish, chicken and veg!
I like you Josie and you look amazing but I need a diet that fits in with life. Josie's diet is her business, I have a job, a husband and 2 kids so will be letting myself have a bit more freedom!
Well done Josie! Amazing story that showed the dedication and effort she put in to changing her life completely. This book has definitely given me lots to think about as I start my own journey. Thank you.
This book is easy reading, Josie tells you in her own words how she lost her weight, what she went through to get there and how us readers can do it as well. I would recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to change their lives and have the life they deserve, all in all a very inspiring read.
