Over promised in the write up and the book just did not deliver. Lots of regurgitated text about horses physiology , I presume to fill pages. With a title Horse Anatomy for Performance you might wrongly believe there might be some useful easy to apply lessons for a horse owner. No just lots of pictures and copy telling you what you can see in the picture This book didn't tell me anything I didn't know or could find out elsewhere in all the other books out there. Nothing new just the same stuff repackaged , for instance page 119. Therapies , it gives you 4 pictures about types of physical therapy and a paragraph telling you what they are and that's it. Move on to another promising page heading Exercise and Training and again pictures and very little copy by way of explanation. . I think I could have given this copy job to my 12 year old daughter and asked her to find stuff on Google and package into a word document and she would have done equally as we'll in finding content. Very dissapointed

Excellent book and ideal for my requirements. Anatomy and internal organs visually explained together with the text, which is very helpful.
