If you enjoy 5* cooking, amazing food or Manga this is the series to follow. Its like the serious/adult version of Iron Wok Chef (another good series).

These releases are collections of the best stories from an epic series, streamed into a theme for each book, this one is about Ramen Noodles and Gyoza Dumplings, other books cover Sake, Sushi etc.

Please note its unlikely to entertain the younger reader because of its slightly drier story line, being that its so factual about Japanese haute cuisine. But I recommend it to anyone interested in Japanese food or cultural Manga.
